118 Online Emergency Complaint and Public Complaint Management System.

The primary objective of the 118 National Service Bureau is to quickly obtain information known to the public regarding national security and to forward to the Secretary of Defense. Further to this, this Bureau also acts as a center where allegation and comments forwarding against the armed forces, police and all government agencies.

At present, 118National Service Room is operating in the ministry premises under the direct supervision of the Secretary of the Ministry of Public Security as a 24-hour Online Emergency & Public Complaint Management System, blending with new technology.

Through this 118 center,

  • In relation to corrupt practices by officers of the police and government agencies
  • Regarding public and current issues of the public
  • In cases of breach of public order
  • In respect of murders, thefts, robberies, violence against women, underworld activities, conflicts, disputes, elder abuse and corruption raids
  • Regarding the unresolved issues of the public
